Get ready to hit the streets for Wolves in Wolves trail by the Wolves in Wolves team

A pack of the Wolves in Wolves ready to prowl the city centre streets

City of Wolverhampton is set to be gripped by wolf fever next week as the ‘Wolves in Wolves’ trail kicks-off.

All 30 wolves will be in place at different locations across the city centre from Wednesday, July 5, with maps now available to help people hunt them down.

It will be the largest public art event in the city ever, running until September 24. The map can be viewed at, where it can also be downloaded and printed.

Copies of the map will also be available at Civic Centre reception, Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Central Library, WV Active Central and The Way Youth Zone, from Tuesday.

City of Wolverhampton Council Cabinet Member for City Economy, Councillor John Reynolds, said: “The artists have produced outstanding designs that really catch the eye.

“Wolves in Wolves is a great opportunity to showcase the city to visitors and I’m sure these 30 wolves will help put the city on the map as a cultural centre.

“It is also a fun way for families to get active and discover the city and what it has to offer.”
